From I-10:

1. Take Avra Valley Road West.

2. Turn left at El Paso Gas Road.
   (El Paso Gas Road is 1.8 miles pass Clayton Road. There is an equipment yard on the left and a row of mail boxes on the right at the turn off. If you reach Trico Road, you have gone too far.)

3. Go .08 mile to Ghost Ranch Road. Turn left across the cattle guard. Follow the DSEC signs.

4. Ghost Ranch Road turns left and becomes Desert Owl Way.

5. Desert Owl Way turns right and becomes Ghost Ranch Road.

6. You will see DSEC on the left, pass the main gate and proceed to second entrance to the facility.
